$500 Sign on bonus
-To prep and produce all products for assigned station or banquet.
-To keep personal area clean and up to department standards.
-To clean the kitchen or other designated areas during and at the end of the shift.
-Any and all reasonable request made by management.
-Prep and produce all items for your station prior to service.
-Put out all orders as requested by the service staff or management
-All food must be of the highest quality as stated by your chef or sous chef.
-Follow all recipes and methods of production for menu items and batch recipes.
-Maintaining the levels of cleanliness and sanitation as stated in Pinal
county health codes and Saddlebrooke standards.
-Communicate to chefs any products that we may need for the next days service.
-Communicate to the immediate managers all situations, problems or concerns
-Must maintain a good level of personal hygiene and wear appropriate clothing.
-Assist in training new and promoted employees.
-Communicate with co-workers and/or managers any special needs or possible
assistance you or a co-worker may need.
-Exhibit a positive and team work ethic.
-Learn and utilize service industry standards.
-Must be able to lift and carry approximately #30.
-Communicate with managers any needs for equipment, new or fixed, to help you
with your job.
-Attend mandatory and monthly safety training meetings.
Knowledge of all policies regarding the food and beverage department of HOA #1.
Knowledge of all menu items.
Must be well groomed and.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, high stress environment.
Must be courteous to residents, their guests and other employees.
Must be able to work all scheduled shifts.
Willingness to assist other employees upon request.
Willingness to stay past scheduled shift in order to complete duties if needed.
Knowledge of POS system.
